A Maryland-based psychologist with more than two decades of experience, Leslie Donnelly has dedicated her career to treating emotional and behavioral issues. Demonstrating an early interest in counseling, she headed the College Crisis Hotline during her undergraduate studies in Maryland at Salisbury University, from which she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Leslie Donnelly subsequently pursued graduate and doctoral studies at Northern Arizona University. On the way to earning her degrees, she held numerous graduate assistantships and worked in the University Counseling Center.

After securing her doctorate, Leslie Donnelly returned to Salisbury, Maryland, and assumed responsibilities as an assistant professor at Wor-Wic Community College. Over the course of nearly five years, she taught a number of courses related to psychology, counseling, and human relations, as well as served as a member of the Chemical Dependency Counseling Department. She later joined the faculty of Salisbury University for two years, during which time she instructed courses in master’s-level counseling and abnormal psychology.

Since 1996, Leslie Donnelly has provided clinical psychology services at her practice in Salisbury, where she also supervises master’s-level therapists. Her professional background includes experience in EMDR therapy, clinical hypnosis, and one-on-one therapy both in person and online.
